Mike England

CEO & Director

Mr. England has been involved in the public markets starting in 1983 working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a floor trader after successfully completing the Canadian Securities, Options and Futures Courses. Since 1995 Mr. England has been involved directly with public companies serving various roles including investor relations, CFO, Directorships and Presidencies and has raised in excess of $40 million to date for exploration and acquisitions.

Stephen Harpur, CPA, CGA

President, COO & Director

Stephen Harpur is a Chartered Professional Accountant. After graduating from business school, Steve joined Richardson Greenshields in 1993 and spent the next six years as an investment advisor. Since 1993, Steve has raised equity for many small cap companies, both public and private. Stephen has extensive experience in project management working for both himself and in a management position with a corporate restructuring and insolvency firm. Past projects include the following:

Built out a scalable e-commerce platform in the early 2000�s;

Completed a 30-unit residential construction project as part of a corporate restructuring;

Supervised multiple capital projects at a large composting and anaerobic digestion plant;

Designed and built the first industrial plant in Western Canada to de-package expired packaged food while recycling the packaging;

Oversaw two research projects in collaboration with a respected Canadian university to make and then test a potassium phosphate fertilizer through crop trials; and,

Oversaw multiple research projects converting organic wastes into biofuels with co-funding from the National Research Council.

Stephen Pearce

Director

Stephen Pearce is an independent corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver, B.C. He advises and is a director of several private and public companies. Mr. Pearce has an honours degree in economics from York University, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.

John Masters

CFO

John Masters brings over a decade of experience working with public companies to the board. John is a Director, CFO and Secretary of Infinite Lithium Corp., CFO and Secretary of Ashburton Ventures Inc. and a Director of Sienna Resources Inc.

Dr. Michel Boily, M.Sc, Ph.D

Director

Dr. Boily is an expert geochemist and metallogenist specializing in the interpretation of precious and rare metal deposits of Precambrian volcano-plutonic terranes. He has also conducted exploration and technical evaluation of gold and base metals properties located in Archean greenstone belts of Quebec, in the Anti-Atlas Proterozoic windows of Morocco, in Northern Mexico and Argentina. Dr. Boily graduated from the Universit� de Montr�al in 1988 with a PhD in geochemistry. Since 1984, Dr. Boily has been the author of various publications in international scientific journals and has written numerous technical reports. Dr. Boily is currently a registered Professional Geologist in good standing with l�Ordre des G�ologues du Qu�bec.
