Director
Mr. Lewis, who earned a BSc in Geology from the University of Alberta, has diverse experience spanning over 7 years in the mining industry, dominantly in mineral exploration. His experience encompasses grassroots to large-scale, advanced-stage exploration projects in Canada, the United States, Peru, China, and Guyana. His background in GIS and remote sensing technologies makes him a strong addition to the Ashburton team. Mr. Lewis is currently a registered Professional Geoscientist in good standing with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.
Kyler Hardy
Director
Kyler Hardy is a successful entrepreneur and has been involved in the mining industry for over eleven years. He has extensive experience building companies from early stage start-ups to advanced operating companies. He is a founder and former CEO of UTM Exploration Services Ltd. (a turnkey mineral exploration and management firm specializing in early-stage contract exploration) employing over 120 people across Canada and Africa. Mr. Hardy is experienced in project generation, exploration management, project and company planning, raising capital, corporate development and developing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Mike England
CEO & Director
Mr. England has been involved in the public markets starting in 1983 working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a floor trader after successfully completing the Canadian Securities, Options and Futures Courses. Since 1995 Mr. England has been involved directly with public companies serving various roles including investor relations, CFO, Directorships and Presidencies and has raised in excess of $20 million to date for exploration and acquisitions.
Stephen Pearce
Director
Stephen Pearce is an independent corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver, B.C. He advises and is a director of several private and public companies. Mr. Pearce has an honours degree in economics from York University, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
Ms. Seung Oh
CFO
Ms. Oh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia, with over seven years of experience in Canadian and U.S. public corporations. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University in 2006. From 2007 to 2010, Ms. Oh worked with Manning Elliott LLP in the Assurance Department primarily focused on mining companies listed on North American stock exchanges. From 2012 to 2013, Mrs. Oh taught financial accounting and managerial accounting at Columbia College in Vancouver. Mrs. Oh is currently a partner at Kim & Oh LLP. Chartered Accountants, providing accounting and tax services to various Canadian public and private corporations.
