Mr. England has been involved in the public markets starting in 1983 working on the floor of the Vancouver Stock Exchange as a floor trader after successfully completing the Canadian Securities, Options and Futures Courses. Since 1995 Mr. England has been involved directly with public companies serving various roles including investor relations, CFO, Directorships and Presidencies and has raised in excess of $40 million to date for exploration and acquisitions.
Mr. Gdanski is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario and has over a decade of experience with private corporations and public companies in the capital markets. Mr. Gdanski provides strategic advisory services to public and private companies including corporate finance where he has directly led million dollar financings, marketing and communications, investor and public relations, mergers, acquisition and joint venture transactions.
Stephen Pearce is an independent corporate and securities lawyer in Vancouver, B.C. He advises and is a director of several private and public companies. Mr. Pearce has an honours degree in economics from York University, and a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
John Masters brings over a decade of experience working with public companies to the board. John is a Director, CFO and Secretary of Alix Resources Corp., CFO and Secretary of Ashburton Ventures Inc. and a Director of Sienna Resources Inc.
Dr. Boily is an expert geochemist and metallogenist specializing in the interpretation of precious and rare metal deposits of Precambrian volcano-plutonic terranes. He has also conducted exploration and technical evaluation of gold and base metals properties located in Archean greenstone belts of Quebec, in the Anti-Atlas Proterozoic windows of Morocco, in Northern Mexico and Argentina. Dr. Boily graduated from the Université de Montréal in 1988 with a PhD in geochemistry. Since 1984, Dr. Boily has been the author of various publications in international scientific journals and has written numerous technical reports. Dr. Boily is currently a registered Professional Geologist in good standing with l’Ordre des Géologues du Québec.
Mr. Harvey has worked for over ten years in the cannabis sector as the head of branding for BC Bud Depot, now North America’s largest marijuana seed bank. Prior to work in the cannabis sector, Mr. Harvey led the Vancouver to Vancouver Expedition, a zero-emissions, round-the-world journey through five continents and two oceans. Mr. Harvey shared his saga as a columnist for the Vancouver Sun and as a regular guest on CBC Radio’s As It Happens. The journey included a transit by foot, balsawood raft and dug-out canoe from Colombia into Panama through the roadless Darien Jungle. His efforts were recognized with a ceremonial plaque awarded by former Mayor of Vancouver Sam Sullivan.
